REFUND & RETURN POLICY

At Audrie Austin LLC we stand behind everything we create. Your satisfaction matters to us.

WEAR Collection — Print-on-Demand Items Because all WEAR collection items are printed on demand specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or change of mind. Please review the size chart carefully before purchasing.

However if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect we will replace it at no charge. Please contact us at info@audrieaustin.com within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and your order number.

andSo! Plant Derived Skincare Due to the nature of skincare products we do not accept returns on opened items. If your product arrives damaged or defective please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@audrieaustin.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a store credit at our discretion.

Unopened skincare products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for store credit. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

Bundles Bundle sets may not be partially returned. All items in the set must be returned unopened within 14 days for store credit.

How to Start a Return Email info@audrieaustin.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Store Credit Approved returns will receive store credit valid for 12 months from the date of issue. We do not issue cash refunds.
